I will honor Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). I may discount Naked Root products in my physical store, but I will not advertise or sell them below MAP online. I will not resell Naked Root on online marketplaces (including eBay, Etsy, and Amazon) or on any channel that competes with Naked Root's own online store. I operate a legitimate independent garden center with a verifiable physical storefront, and I authorize Naked Root to verify my store before approval. I understand my wholesale account is not active until approved, and that approval may be revoked if any of the terms above are violated.
