I threw some Marble Queen cuttings into this pot with some leca to see what happened… and boy did these cuttings loveeee the deep-water reservoir! this little cutie is a root rot solver and I love being able to watch the root aeration up close!

My TC's leaves were starting to get yellow and brown tips and I think it was because it was drying out super-fast. So I repotted it into a Naked Root planter with some fresh soil so the roots can get better air flow and to give the plant some more nutrients :)

All my plants are thriving, happy, and have new growth. It took a little time and effort to get the watering schedule figured out because I replanted all my plants at the same time but now that it is done (with reminders in my phone), I don't have to fret over when or how much water they need. I can't wait for the 12 inch planter to become available. Hopefully a 6-7 inch will become available as well. The terracotta color is rich and I love it.
My pothos is very happy in her new home. She has grown a lot and I now let her climb up the hanging holder she is in.
I received an aloe plant as a gift and for over a year she had multiple near deaths - root rot multiple times, leaves never standing up and breaking in half as a result, leaves turning black. I gave her direct light, watered it as needed. It wasn’t until I saw this planter and gave it a shot that I saw a complete 180. My aloe plant has never looked happier or healthier than it does in this planter. No more root rot, leaves are standing strong, and she’s growing a baby!
I’ve seen my plants growth improve since repotting into the naked root planter and I have roots growing through the sides of the planter. I love this, I’ll be purchasing more pots like this.
